[Important] Scheduled Server Maintenance(Completed)

Dear Traders,

For improved trading experience, we will perform scheduled server maintenance.

You can check the latest updates more quickly through the official Upbit exchange announcements.

Maintenance Schedule

Singapore (SGT)

  • Maintenance: 01:00 Oct 19 2026 ~ (approximately for 6 hours), Singapore Time.
  • Digital asset withdrawal/deposit will be suspended from 01:00 to 07:00 Oct 19 2026 (SGT).

Indonesia (Jakarta Time)

  • Maintenance: 00:00 Oct 19 2026 ~ (approximately for 6 hours), Jakarta Time.
  • Digital asset withdrawal/deposit will be suspended from 00:00 to 06:00 Oct 19 2026 (Jakarta Time).

Thailand (Bangkok Time)

  • Maintenance: 00:00 Oct 19 2026 ~ (approximately for 6 hours), Bangkok Time.
  • Digital asset withdrawal/deposit will be suspended from 00:00 to 06:00 Oct 19 2026 (Bangkok Time).

Maintenance duration may vary. A follow-up announcement will be made upon completion.

Impact

  • Order placement will be unavailable during the maintenance period:

    • Singapore: SGD, USDT market
    • Indonesia: All markets (IDR / BTC / USDT)
    • Thailand: All markets (THB / BTC / USDT)

  • Once maintenance is completed, pending requests (deposits, withdrawals, and trades) will resume processing sequentially.

    Existing open orders will remain unless they meet the conditions for Order Cancellation below.

Order Cancellation

For investor protection, open orders with the following conditions will be cancelled.

Singapore

  • Buy orders with the price higher than the last traded price before 01:00 Oct 19 2026 (SGT).
  • Sell orders with the price lower than the last traded price before 01:00 Oct 19 2026 (SGT).

Indonesia

  • Buy orders with the price higher than the last traded price before 00:00 Oct 19 2026 (Jakarta Time).
  • Sell orders with the price lower than the last traded price before 00:00 Oct 19 2026 (Jakarta Time).

Thailand

  • Buy orders with the price higher than the last traded price before 00:00 Oct 19 2026 (Bangkok Time).
  • Sell orders with the price lower than the last traded price before 00:00 Oct 19 2026 (Bangkok Time).
