[Important] BingX vasp_uuid Update & Withdrawal Wallet Re-registration Required (June 5, 2025)

Dear Traders,

We are informing you about changes to the Open API and the scheduled implementation timeline.

If you are using the Open API to withdraw to BingX or the ‘Verify Travel Rule with Deposit UUID/TxID’ feature for deposits from BingX, please review the following changes carefully and take any necessary actions.

[Changes to Travel Rule Information for BingX]

  1. Suspension of Digital Asset Deposits and Withdrawals from BingX:
    • Suspension Schedule : 16:00 – 16:30 SGT, 5th June 2025
    • The completion time may vary. Services will resume without notice if the maintenance is completed.
      Due to maintenance by the travel rule solution provider, Travel rule verification will be temporarily unavailable, preventing the processing of digital asset deposits and withdrawals.
    • Even if the travel rule verification was completed before the maintenance period, some withdrawals may be delayed during the transmission of verification data. These transactions will be processed in sequence once the maintenance is completed.
  2. Upbit Open API Changes :
  • For withdrawal addresses previously registered as ‘BingX,’ withdrawals will no longer be possible. Please re-register your withdrawal wallet addresses.
    • The names of previously registered addresses will be changed as follows:
      • BingX → BingX (Old)
    • You can filter out non-withdrawable addresses by searching for ‘(Old)’ in the search bar. You may also select ‘All’ to delete them in bulk.
    • Before deleting, we recommend saving the withdrawal address details (digital asset, withdrawal network, and withdrawal address) in another document for re-registration.
    • By clicking the ‘Register Withdrawal Address’ button, you can register up to 20 withdrawal wallet addresses at once.
  • Changes to the vasp_uuid of the BingX:
    • Before Change: 0db02e27-d8cd-4660-9de4-82f8a307aaad
    • After Change: 4f335c69-02a4-4446-bb1a-04df9324ad44
    • Notes:
      • If you are processing deposits from Deposit Verification Using UUID or Deposit Verification Using TxID , please thoroughly check whether your program requires any updates in advance.
      • If you attempt to verify the Travel Rule using the new vasp_uuid before the transition is complete, the system will fail to recognize the exchange and the verification will fail.
