[Notice] Changes of Open API (from Oct 14)

Greetings from the Upbit developer center,

The followings are some of the Open API changes.

[EXCHANGE API]

Available Order Information (GET v1/orders/chance): market.order_types field → deprecated
After release: ask_types (sell order), and bid_types (buy order) fields are going to be added.
