[Notice] Upbit Global Developer Center Redesign
5 days ago
Hello, this is the Upbit Global Developer Center.
To provide a simpler and more convenient Upbit API integration environment, the Upbit Global Developer Center was redesigned as of September 29.
Various tutorial content and features will continue to be updated, so we ask for your continued interest.
Key Changes
Redesigned UI/UX of the Upbit Global Developer Center Main Page
- You can now view the main content of the Developer Center at a glance and move to the required documents more quickly and easily.
New “Recipe” Feature
- We have newly launched the Recipes menu, where you can easily check step-by-step major code examples by programming language.
Enhanced Guide Documents
- New “Key Terms” Guide
- With this redesign, some key terms used in the Developer Center have been updated. (Example: market → Pair (Trading Pair))
- To prevent confusion among existing users and to assist new users, we now provide a new Terms Guide.
- New “Getting Started” Category
- We have added beginner-friendly guides such as How to Issue an API Key, First API Call on Upbit, and Development Environment Setup.
- New “Tutorials” Category
- Tutorials with guides and example code covering use cases such as market data retrieval, indicator calculation, order creation and management, deposit management, and withdrawal requests are now available.
- Reorganized “FAQ & Guides” Category
- The existing FAQ content has been categorized by topic for easier navigation.
- Useful API guides such as Market Order Policies, Whitelist Address Registration for Withdrawals, and Anti-Self-Trade Matching Function can now be found in this category.
API Reference Documentation Redesign
- New “Upbit API Usage” Category
- The API Reference now provides general information such as the Upbit API Overview, Authentication, and Rate Limits.
- We also added REST API Usage Guide and WebSocket Usage Guide for easier access to important notices and instructions.
- Improved API Reference UI & Example Code Presentation
- Parameter and response field descriptions have been enhanced, response examples standardized, and consistent terminology applied to improve readability.
- You can now insert sample values into request parameters in real time and instantly check the updated example code in multiple programming languages.
- More detailed response and error examples have been added for precise implementation.
Additional Notes
- This redesign does not include changes to the API specifications or functions, and it does not affect existing integrations.
- While some document URLs have been changed, a URL redirect policy is applied so that existing URLs will still take you to the same documents.
- Some API Reference document titles have been updated as part of standardizing API conventions and terminology. These are name changes only; there are no functional changes.
Upbit Global Developer Center will continue to improve to provide a stable and convenient development environment.
Thank you.
