[Notice] Addtion of "Test Order" API (10/27)

Dear Traders,

We would like to inform you of the addition of a new API feature: Test Order Creation.

The Test Order Creation API replicates the actual order creation process to verify the request format and order availability.
Since it does not place real orders, no trading fees are incurred when using the test API.
It can also be used to pre-validate order availability after exchange maintenance.
The Test Order Creation API does not create actual orders; therefore, subsequent features such as order cancellation or order inquiry cannot be used.
