Dear, Traders.
BingX's Travel Rule integration information will be updated, and as a result, the vasp_uuid will be modified. Please note that this change applies only to Upbit Singapore.
If you are currently processing deposits from BingX, please review the information below carefully and take action if necessary.
BingX Travel Rule Integration Update
As the Travel Rule integration information for BingX is being updated, the vasp_uuid will be revised. After the update takes effect, please follow the required steps below.
Schedule
- December 08, 2025 (Mon), 15:00–15:30 Singapore time (estimated)
- During this period, related Open API functions may be temporarily affected.
Impact on Deposits and Withdrawals
- Due to system maintenance by the Travel Rule solution provider, Travel Rule verification processing may be temporarily unstable.
- Even if Travel Rule verification has been completed before the maintenance window, some withdrawals may experience delays during the transmission of verification information, and will be processed sequentially after the maintenance is completed.

- If your service or application processes deposits from BingX—for example through Verify Travel Rule by Deposit UUID or Verify Travel Rule by Deposit TxID please update the
vasp_uuidvalue in your system after the change is applied. - After the update, the revised
vasp_uuidcan be retrieved via the List Travel Rule Supporting VASPs API.
